Growing Sage: We work together to increase your self-compassion and love.
Mental health support to fit your lifestyle.
It doesn’t have to be this hard.
You love your friends and family. You swear you do. But for some reason you dread the daily routines. You yell, you swear, you feel like you are failing your loved ones. Everyone seems to be doing better than you. You just want to have your space. You just want time alone.
You want to do what’s best. Daycare, school, appointments, activities, exercise, screen time, reading time, do this, don’t do that. You are constantly worried about making the right decision, sometimes you freeze and do nothing at all. Other times you take on way too much and get overwhelmed. It’s a cycle.
You want to reconnect with your partner. You saw them this morning, kissed them good night; but you can’t remember the last time you had a conversation with them. Your time together is filled with to-dos and resentment about what wasn’t done. You’ve turned into roommates. You miss the intimacy of before.
You want to care for yourself. You can’t remember what brings you joy. You don’t know how to rest. You’re exhausted; but can never fall asleep. Your jaw is always clenched, and you can’t catch your breath. You are angry, you are sad, you are afraid. You wonder, “what happened to me?”
