Growing Sage is “in-network” with some insurance companies and will provide a “Super Bill” as an out of network provider. Sliding Fee available on a limited basis.
No Show/Late Cancellation: Once you have scheduled an appointment, you will be expected to pay for it unless you provide a minimum of 24-hour notice of cancellation. No Show appointments will be invoiced in-full.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for a scheduled appointment, the appointment will be considered as a “no show” and will be invoiced for the full amount of the session.
