Self-love begins at an early age.

Children and adolescents struggle for a variety of reasons. Today’s world has made it increasingly more difficult for kids to disconnect from their peers and connect with their families at home. This has led to an increase in children and adolescents who struggle with self-awareness, self-management and self-love.

If your child struggles with self-regulation, engagement, attention, and self-confidence, they may benefit from therapy or social emotional learning support.

I have extensive experience in supporting children and adolescents as they navigate childhood, the teen years, and young adult life. I partner with parents, teachers, school social workers and other caregivers to create and develop plans that will help kids stay engaged and motivated in school. I work with individual children and their parents and caregivers to develop stronger connection with others, and a greater sense of self and confidence. It’s never too early to practice the art of self-compassion.
