Talk to yourself like you would to someone you love. - Brene Brown
Building Capacity for Self-Care and Love.
Hi, I’m Tasha! As the mom of 3 young children, I understand firsthand the challenges and complex emotions of parenting and life today.
Let’s be real, the pandemic has not made life any easier. I have extensive experience supporting adults, children and adolescents. I provide stability and encouragement as individuals navigate finding balance between caring for others and caring for self. Clients often put themselves last; and when we fail to take care of ourselves, we leave room for self-doubt, negative thoughts and unhealthy habits to grow.
As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, I help individuals overcome challenges and use the wisdom they gain from reflection of past experiences to live more enjoyable lives and become the kind and joyful humans they are meant to be. I specialize in self-care, anxiety, depression and self-compassion.
Mission
The Mission of Growing Sage is to help people become the kind, confident, and joyful humans they deserve to be.
At Growing Sage, we believe that everyone deserves time and space to take care of themselves. We hope to see a world where self-care is normalized, and people are celebrated for taking time to reflect and grow. We understand that we are kinder more compassionate humans when we have increased capacity for self-care and love.
